The World Behavior Analysis Day Alliance and The ABA Collaborative will hold the inaugural Global Behavior Analysis Summit (GBAS) on Saturday, October 24. The free virtual event begins at 9 a.m. Eastern Time on Zoom Events.
The summit offers four continuing education credits for BACB, QABA, and IBAO credential holders, along with a Certificate of Attendance.
GBAS is designed for behavior analysts, researchers, educators, students, organizational leaders, and allied professionals. Organizers describe its goal as advancing the science of behavior through global collaboration, knowledge exchange, and connection. More than 600 people from over 25 countries have already registered, with organizers aiming to reach 1,000 participants.
Who Is Behind It
“Behavior analysis has the power to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives around the world. WBADA’s mission is to bring our global community together to increase awareness, foster collaboration across countries and cultures, and ensure that the science of behavior analysis is recognized for its contributions to individuals, families, and communities everywhere. By working together internationally, we can strengthen our field and expand its positive impact worldwide.”
Karen Chartier, President, World Behavior Analysis Day Alliance
“GBAS was built on the belief that behavior analysis becomes stronger when knowledge and perspectives move across borders. This summit creates space for professionals from different countries, cultures, and credentialing communities to learn from one another and build relationships that can continue well beyond a single event.”
Jeron Trotman, Co-Founder, The ABA Collaborative
GBAS is presented through a partnership between The ABA Collaborative and the World Behavior Analysis Day Alliance.
