- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of someone authorized to act on your behalf).

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content provider or user who posted the material (if applicable) that the content has been removed.
- Maintain records of all takedown requests and actions taken.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith Notice
Please be aware that filing a false DMCA takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether content on the Site infringes your copyright, consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notice.
