Breaking News ABA is an independently operated news aggregation and content platform covering the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry. 2. Eligibility

3. User-Submitted Content

The Site allows users to submit content through several channels, including the RBT Rant Wall, press release submissions, the BN Tip Hotline, opinion submissions, and job postings (collectively, “User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you agree that:

  • You retain ownership of your User Content, but acknowledge that once published, it may be indexed by search engines and cached by third parties beyond our control.

  • Remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate, without notice.
  • Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site that is not User Content — including articles, graphics, logos, page design, and AI-generated images — is the property of Breaking News ABA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share links to articles on the Site. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content in full without prior written permission. Brief quotations with attribution and a link to the original article are permitted under fair use principles.

6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some articles on the Site are curated from publicly available news sources and rewritten or summarized using artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated images may accompany articles.
