Women in Behavior Analysis (WIBA) will hold its 10th Annual WIBA Conference July 21–23, 2027, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center in Atlanta’s Cumberland/Galleria district. The hybrid event is offered in person, by live stream and on demand, with attendance estimated at more than 500.
Workshops take place July 21, followed by two days of sessions on July 22–23, and a Creating Community gathering with conference check-in opens the meeting on the evening of the 21st. Presentations spotlight prominent women in behavior analysis and cover recent trends in the field, mentorship and organizational behavior management, alongside discussion of gender equality and diversity in the profession. The 2027 theme has not yet been announced. Registrants receive one year of on-demand access to recordings, with WIBA CEUs available after the conference, and registration, including group and student options, runs through Behavior Live.
Now in its tenth year, the WIBA conference has become a regular summer fixture on the behavior analysis calendar, built around leadership, mentorship and professional community. Its attention to mentorship and organizational behavior management gives it particular relevance for clinical leaders and ABA organizations focused on staff development and retention.
