Women in Behavior Analysis hosts its 9th annual conference as a hybrid event at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk and online. Three days of programming spotlight prominent women in the field of behavior analysis while addressing the importance of gender equality, diversity, and leadership development within the profession.
The conference is open to all genders — the focus is amplifying women’s contributions and building inclusive professional networks across the field. Programming includes keynote presentations, panel discussions on leadership and equity, breakout sessions on clinical practice and organizational behavior management, mentorship circles, and structured networking.
In-person attendees gather at the Sheraton Grand on the Chicago Riverwalk, with the virtual track streaming sessions live and providing recorded access. CEUs are available through the BACB. The hybrid format means a clinic operator in Texas can attend the same panel as a researcher in Massachusetts, in real time.
