The ELIJA Foundation will hold its 2026 Long Island Behavior Analysis Conference (LIBAC) on December 3–4, 2026, at the Melville Marriott in Melville, New York. The two-day, in-person conference is aimed at BCBAs and other behavior analysis professionals on Long Island and across the Tri-State area, and is also open to parents.

As in prior years, the program combines keynote addresses, interactive workshops and panel discussions on current research and practical applications in behavior analysis. Presenters listed for 2026 include Monica Howard, Joshua Jessel, DJ Moran, Kate Cody, Amanda Ripley and Maranda Trahan. The conference offers 14.5 BACB general CEUs. Early bird registration is $150 for members and $175 for non-members for a single day, or $240 and $290 for both days.

LIBAC grew out of the Long Island Behavior Analysis Group (LI-BAG), formed to support behavior analysts serving children and adults with developmental disabilities in the region, to represent its members in the professional community and to promote best-practice guidelines; its members include Bobby Newman, a past president of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment and the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis. The ELIJA Foundation supports professionals through ongoing training, support and advocacy, and the conference serves as a regional continuing education hub for New York-area clinicians.
