DisruptABA 2026 will take place online on December 4, 2026, as a one-day virtual conference hosted on Behavior Live. Its sessions span content for RBTs, supervisors and agency leaders, and its stated premise is that every session should question something the ABA field tends to treat as settled, from the causes of staff turnover to how practitioners read their own data.

The session list includes Manny Rodriguez on organizational problems that are working as designed, Adam Ventura arguing that the biggest threat to ABA is not AI, Paulie Gavoni on leadership versus positional authority, David Cox on what data from millions of sessions suggest about treatment intensity, Tyra Sellers and Dana Meller on negative reinforcement, Alan Fullbright and Sean Yocum on caregiver outcomes as payers move away from paying for hours, and Matthew Harrington on dual relationships. The all-inclusive package lists 6 ethics, 8 supervision and 5 general BACB CEUs, 12 PDUs and 31 COA hours for $129 at early bird pricing, which applies to the first 500 registrants; a PDU-only track costs $67.

Several of the agenda’s themes, including turnover, payer scrutiny of service hours and the arrival of AI tools, are among the most pressing business questions facing ABA providers. The conference runs on Behavior Live, the continuing education platform that also hosts many state ABA association conferences.
