Dan Dube and Dr. Ally Dube will lead the ABA Executive Bootcamp Q4 2026, a two-day virtual workshop held December 7–8, 2026, on the Behavior Live platform. The sessions run from mid-morning to late afternoon Eastern time on both days and are designed for owners and executive teams of ABA agencies looking to build the operational and clinical systems needed to scale.

Mornings are joint strategy sessions, and afternoons split into separate business and clinical tracks so that operations and clinical leaders can attend together. Participants work through 14 operational assets, among them a unit economics calculator for profit margin per billable hour, a blueprint for an agency clinical standard-of-care policy manual, a 13-week cash flow forecast for bridging the credentialing gap, an intake pipeline framework and a DSM-5 treatment alignment map for documenting medical necessity. The organizers advertise up to 18 BACB CEUs. An individual all-access pass costs $299, groups of three or more save 33%, and all sales are final.

The bootcamp is a recurring program with a core curriculum that stays the same across editions, so past attendees already have the frameworks. Its focus on margins, cash flow and documentation of medical necessity addresses the business side of running an ABA agency, which typically gets less room on clinically oriented conference agendas.
