The Florida Centers for Autism & Related Disabilities (CARD) will hold the 34th Annual Florida Statewide CARD Conference January 15–17, 2027, at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando. The conference draws roughly 1,000 attendees each year, a mix of professionals, educators, researchers, self-advocates, family members and community partners, and ranks among the largest autism-focused gatherings in the state.

Breakout sessions are tagged for BCBAs, educators, caregivers and self-advocates and cover topics such as school readiness, school-based behavior plans, executive functioning, mental health and the transition to adulthood. A panel with Jack Scott and Terri Daly will examine current criticism of applied behavior analysis practice. Pre-conference options on January 14 include a workshop on practical functional assessment and skill-based treatment in schools and a two-day ADOS-2 clinical training led by Michael Morrier. Continuing education for BACB, ASHA and Florida psychology licensees is sold as an add-on to professional tickets, with 1 supervision and 11 general BACB CEUs listed and final credits posted after review. Early bird pricing runs through December 14, 2026.

CARD is a network of seven regional, state-funded resource centers based at Florida universities that provide free support to people with autism and related disabilities and their families. For behavior analysts, the conference offers a large cross-disciplinary audience where clinical, school and family perspectives meet.
