Self Set Go returns for its third year on November 13–14, 2026, as a virtual conference hosted on the Behavior Live platform. The two-day online event is aimed at behavior analysts and other ABA practitioners who want to apply behavioral science to their own routines, workload and wellbeing rather than to client programming.
The 2026 theme is The Power of Systems, with the focus on building structures that produce results rather than relying on goals or willpower. Friday covers systems for professional life, with talks from Mellanie Page, Nicole Stewart, Michael Conteh and Carlos Del Rio, Paige Raetz and Allyson Mullins. Saturday turns to personal life, with Sarah Burby on self-sabotage, Adam Ventura on autopilot habits, Matt Heininger on movement, Micaela Rafferty on nutrition and Bryan Tanner on burnout. A bonus workshop by Megan Richardson on Thursday, November 12, is included with registration, and a second workshop by Lindsay Lundquist is a $47 add-on. The event advertises 17 BACB and QABA CEUs and six months of on-demand replay. Early bird pricing is $129 through October 18, rising to $149.
Burnout and turnover are recurring workforce concerns in ABA, and Self Set Go addresses them by making practitioners’ own habits, schedules and wellbeing the subject of CEU-eligible content.
