The Southeastern Association for Behavior Analysis (SEABA) will hold its 2026 annual conference October 22–24, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown in Chattanooga, Tennessee. An opening reception on Thursday evening is followed by a full day of invited addresses on Friday and a half-day program on Saturday morning; the meeting typically draws an academic, research-oriented audience of about 200.
Friday’s speakers include Vivian F. Ibañez of the University of Florida on behavioral feeding intervention, Christine E. Hughes of UNC Wilmington on pausing under fixed-ratio schedules, P. Raymond Joslyn of West Virginia University on behavioral variables in forensic investigations, Christopher A. Varnon of the University of North Texas on invertebrate research, Jeremy M. Haynes of Georgia Southern on joint modeling of behavior and Erica N. Feuerbacher of Virginia Tech on human-dog interactions. Saturday features Joseph M. Lambert of Vanderbilt, John T. Rapp of Auburn and Peter R. Killeen of Arizona State. A business meeting and evening poster session round out Friday. Registration starts at $50, plus $90 for the CEU package.
SEABA is a regional affiliate of the Association for Behavior Analysis International whose first convention was held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 1984. The association keeps fees low to encourage student participation and favors hour-long invited addresses, giving the meeting a basic and translational science emphasis.
