Dr. Radhika Achari is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 15+ years of clinical behavior analysis experience and the founder of Analyze & Act, a virtual growth-mindset coaching practice. She created Bridge to College Independence™, a program that helps parents of neurodivergent teens build real independence before major life transitions, addressing a segment of the ABA industry that receives little business attention: life after early intervention.

Radhika's path into this work was as personal as it was professional. Years of IVF before becoming a mother, followed by raising a neurodivergent child, forced her to rebuild what "success" looked like without a roadmap an experience that eventually led her to leave a purely clinical role and build a scalable, program-based business rather than a traditional clinic.

That same principle shapes her writing: a growth mindset isn't a belief people simply decide to have; it's a set of behaviors, such as replacing "I can't" with "I haven't learned this yet," that can be practiced, reinforced, and built into both clinical work and business strategy. Radhika writes about market gaps in the ABA industry, workforce and supervision pathways beyond early intervention, and what it takes to build a service model centered on independence rather than early childhood treatment alone.

Outside her clinical and business work, Radhika enjoys book clubs, doing crafts with her kids, and flexing her creative muscle whenever she can find the time.
