Im supposed to get paid, right?

Hello I am a RBT and the agency I have been working for has kept delaying my pay. Going on 3 months !
I submitted my monthly “notes” and signed time sheets and they just keep sending out emails telling us that insurance companies are being more stringent and it is causing a delay in payment and bank transfers are also taking longer than expected.
Is this normal ????
I have bills To pay. I am being patient but I have a mortgage to pay and my kids need to eat.
Any advise ?!???
